DRR Project – SCEZone, Egypt

Rasan is pursuing a partnership with SE Financial Trust, a British PLC company (SEFT) as Concession Owner and the Authority of SCEZone. DRR project represents a development on a 4 million sq/meter land situated in East Port Said as a BOT for a term of 50 years. The DRR Project shall be developed to include various components including a Financial Center, Commercial, Residential, Education, Health and light industry, in addition to a zoned land represented by approximately 2.5 million m2 area for leasing purposes to international companies and investors to construct their premises and factories and take advantage of the strategic location that the DRR Project is offering in efforts to attract unique businesses and investments; Total construction cost is US$700 million.
